01About AraraTrack
AraraTrack is a B2B advertising click measurement and destination routing product provided by ARARATECH LLC. It is designed to receive tracking requests, process available campaign parameters and route requests to an advertiser-declared destination.
02Acceptance of Terms
These Terms govern access to and use of AraraTrack. By using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization and accept these Terms for it.
03Business use
AraraTrack is offered for legitimate business and professional use. Customers are responsible for activity performed through their configurations or credentials.
04Permitted use
Customers may use AraraTrack to measure advertising clicks, preserve available campaign and attribution parameters, diagnose tracking flows, and transparently redirect users to declared destinations.
05Prohibited use
Customers must not use AraraTrack for malicious redirects, malware distribution, phishing, deceptive routing, unauthorized tracking, destination cloaking, fraudulent advertising, circumvention of advertising platform policies, unlawful data collection or infringement of third-party rights.
06Advertising platform compliance
AraraTrack is independent from the advertising platforms referenced in its documentation. Customers must follow each platform's current policies, technical rules and disclosure requirements. Use of AraraTrack does not indicate platform approval or certification.
07Tracking configuration
Customers control the tracking templates, campaign parameters and destination values they provide. Destination parameters should contain valid HTTP or HTTPS URLs. Invalid, unsupported or unsafe values may be rejected rather than redirected.
08Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their advertising campaigns, destinations, tracking configurations and data processing activities comply with applicable laws and advertising platform policies.
09Service availability
We aim to operate the service reliably, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, security events, network conditions and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect operation.
10Security
Customers must take reasonable steps to protect credentials, endpoints and configurations and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use or security issues.
11Intellectual property
ARARATECH LLC and its licensors retain rights in AraraTrack, its software, documentation, brand and service materials. These Terms do not transfer ownership.
12Third-party services
AraraTrack may interact with advertising platforms, hosting providers, destination websites and other third-party services. We do not control those services.
13Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ARARATECH LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity arising from use of the service.
14Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, unlawful use, security risk, prohibited activity or non-payment, subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.
15Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service, law or business practices. The effective date of this version is September 24, 2026.
16Governing law
Unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
